Batman quickly figures out Andy's plan and thwarts his every move. Andy is once again forced to retreat.

Andy's vacation is not going as planned, but he's not ready to give up yet. He travels to the city of Central City, home to the Flash. Andy is sure that he can outrun the Flash, but he quickly learns that the Flash is not just fast - he's also incredibly powerful. Andy is once again forced to retreat.
